This review is my personal experience with Attorney Habib and only reflects my opinion. As an attorney, it's crucial to treat all clients with respect and professionalism regardless of their background. Making judgments or assumptions based on ethnicity is unacceptable and goes against the ethical standards expected in the legal profession. When I approached attorney Habib with regard to condo closing he first asked if I am Bengali and when answered no he hesitated but then agreed to represent me in closing. However, when inquired which Title search company he would use he responded you can find your own one & later suddenly message me that he won’t represent me. That’s okay there millions of lawyers in the United States of America
. This reflect a lack of commitment to ensuring his prospective clients have all the necessary resources and support throughout their legal process. This behaviour is not in line with the expected standards of client service and representation or ethics exam taken in Bar exam to be an attorney.
Prospective clients should feel valued and supported by their legal counsel, regardless of their ethnicity or background. It's important for attorneys to uphold ethical standards and provide equal treatment and assistance to all clients.
Based on my personal experience, it seems there is room for improvement in Attorney Habib's approach to client relations and professionalism and should avoid using pre-text to represent only less savvy or similar to his ethnic background so that he can manoeuvre them and charge unreasonable prices.

I have known Mr. Habib for 12 years. He helped with my first CO-OP purchase and most recently with my investment property. My needs were put first and I treated like a friend rather than a number. He has been excellent, providing me guidance over the last 12 years. He always take time to explain how the whole process work which is so important for someone making their first Real Estate purchase.
