Since the front counter opened a month ago, the service has become even more outstanding. The staff are friendly, efficient, and ensure that shipments are received on the promised day. I did not have a delivery from them however the driver came through residential neighborhood that’s 25 mph with kids everywhere at about 55 MPH almost hitting a couple. Stopped at the house down the street and had ZERO remorse no apology or anything. DO BETTER

Doesn't show up when scheduled called 3 times in 1 day was told pickup between 2pm-5pm didn't show (called) then told by 630, again didn't show (waited till after 7). Was then told next day between 9am and 2. Now was told between 11 and 5pm. If you are looking for expediency, this company is not a go to for shipping
