Where do I even begin in describing our experience from beginning to end with this wonderful, professional, patient and caring law firm in our journey to buy our dream home in Spain?!

We encountered so many roadblocks in the beginning (NONE of them My Lawyer in Spains fault but rather horrible issues with my country of citizenship and birth where 6 weeks turned into 8+ MONTHS!) and throughout this fiasco, Alex was the voice of reason, knowledge and calm and he pulled out all the stops to make our dream happen for us

It didn’t stop with Alex either. Claudia has been incredibly efficient, kind and helpful every step of the way. When she wasnt available, Patricia stepped in. When we needed help transferring ownership of a vehicle that we bought, Jorge stepped in and got it done. Melanie and her team then stepped in to get the ball rolling on our Golden Visa application and as complex, detailed and intense as the whole process was, her team compartmentalised everything so precisely and perfectly it was easy for us to manage and execute so that they could get their jobs done. Now that our home is legally ours and we are just waiting on some final pieces of the process to be complete, Lidia has now stepped in to compete and advise on the final utility and council processes and then we are done

What was so daunting in the beginning actually became manageable and doable because this entire Team were just so knowledgeable and professional every step of the way
